Bold Impression is a fusion of graphic and furniture design, reimagining blind embossing as a tactile design language. This age-old printing technique uses relief instead of ink to create a subtle interplay of light, shadow, texture and form. It is now being used with an unusual material and technique: shaped leather.

Puppet Chair

The Puppet Chair is inspired by the wooden push puppet we all played with as children. This piece of furniture combines nostalgia with functionality, adding a sense of playfulness to any room. It can be used as a functional seat next to the table or draped dramatically as a sculptural statue in the corner of the living room. It is a design piece that also functions as a toy for adults.
This project was developed during my internship at Bram Kerkhof's studio.
